- Combine the cream cheese and jam in the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the whisk attachment, whip for 5 minutes.
- Add the powdered sugar and whip for an additional 30 seconds. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

- In a food processor, puree 1/2 cup of the diced strawberries. Add cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon and pulse until smooth. Add remaining strawberries and gently mix in with a spoon. Store in airtight container, chilled.

RASPBERRY-HONEY SHMEAR
Nothing is better on a bagel that a thick layer of this fruity shmear. I like mine a bit chunky so that you get random bursts of tangy raspberry flavor mixed in with the cream cheese and sweet honey. If you prefer it smoother, place all ingredients into a mini food chopper or processor and blend until desired consistency. If you like things a little sweeter, add another tablespoon of honey.

- Place raspberries and honey over top and lightly mash raspberries with a fork. Stir mixture until evenly combined.
