4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 apple, peeled core removed and chopped
8 -10 caramels, cut in smaller pieces
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal

Steps:

  • Mix the eggs, oil, milk, and sugar together.
  • Add the salt, baking, powder, and cinnamon stir well.
  • Stir in the apples and caramels then stir in the oatmeal.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until set.

4 large baking apples (2 pounds)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup oats (uncooked)
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar-free caramel topping (Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel Spoonable Topping )
nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with no-stick spray.
  • Core apples and cut a thin slice off bottom to stabilize in prepared pan, if needed.
  • Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, oats, raisins and butter in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Stuff apples with mixture and cover the pan with foil.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until apples are tender.
  • Drizzle apple with caramel topping.
  • Serve warm.

1 medium Golden Delicious apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
¾ cup brown sugar, divided
¼ cup unsalted butter
2 cups heavy cream, or more as needed
2 cups oats (such as Quaker Oats®)
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup raisins
½ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup whipped topping

Steps:

  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add apple and 1/4 cup brown sugar; cook and stir until browned, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a small serving bowl.
  • Melt remaining butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add remaining brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Add oats, flax seeds, and cinnamon; mix and stir until oats are full cooked and creamy, about 2 minutes, adding a touch more heavy cream if needed.
  • Serve in a bowl topped with caramel apple, raisins, and almonds. Add a spoonful of whipped topping to add additional creaminess.

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, chopped into small pieces
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  • Core apples and cut into ¼-inch (6 mm) slices, then cut those slices in half width-wise.
  • In a large bowl, combine apples and all filling ingredients. Stir well and transfer to a 13x9 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish.
  • For the topping - in a separate bowl, combine all topping ingredients and mash together with a fork until it forms into small and medium-sized clumps.

1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 caramels
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar and water in a 9-in. square baking dish. Peel the top half of each apple; brush with lemon juice. , Place in the baking dish. Fill each with three caramels. Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until apples are tender, basting every 20 minutes. , Carefully lift apples, allowing any caramel in centers to drip into pan, and place in individual dessert dishes. 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant caramel pudding mix
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour

3-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 medium apple, peeled and chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter, sugars and pudding mix until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs; mix well. Beat in applesauce. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in oats and apple., Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets.
