2 quarts cubed stale Bread
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Milk
7 large Eggs
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Limoncello
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Limoncello or freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Put bread cubes in 9 by 9 by 2-inch pan or a 2-quart baking dish.
Place cream, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and 1/4 cup limoncello into a medium bowl. Whisk until well mixed and sugar is dissolved. Pour over bread. Set aside at room temperature for 20 minutes to allow the liquid to fully soak the bread.
Cover pudding with foil. Place in preheated oven and bake 40 - 50 minutes or until pudding is set.

3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup limoncello
7 large eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 quarts cubed stale bread
granulated sugar
1/4 cup limoncello or 1/4 cup lemon juice

Steps:

Put bread in 9-by-9-by-2-inch pan or a 2-quart baking dish. Whisk cream, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and limoncello. Pour over bread. Let sit 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 350°F
Cover pudding with foil. Bake 40-50 minutes or until pudding is set.
For simple syrup, combine limoncello and sugar in a small pan. Bring to boil, stirring, to dissolve sugar. Drizzle over bread pudding.

I tried this recipe and it is EXTREMELY close to the one they serve in the restuarant! To serve this you just add a half of a cup of good quality olive oil to 1 Tbls. of this herb mix and dip a nice piece of crusty Italian bread in it! Great with a good glass of wine! The photo is my own.

1 tablespoon(s) black pepper
1 tablespoon(s) dried rosemary
1 tablespoon(s) dried basil
1 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt

Steps:

To use, put 1 tablespoon of mixture in a small bowl. Pour extra virgin olive oil (about 1/2 cup) over and mix together.
Dip crusty Italian bread into the oil/herb mixture.
NOTE: Because this mix contains fresh garlic, refrigerate unused portion and use within 1-2 weeks.
