This recipe is courtesy of Hallelujah Acres. The beet gives it a nice sweetness. Great healing juice!

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

4 carrots
1 beet with greens
5 -6 leaves romaine lettuce (or other leaf)
3 -4 leaves spinach

Steps:

Scrub organic carrots or peel the carrots if they are not organic.
Clean and cut beet into slender wedges, and wash and dry lettuce and spinach leaves.
Juice half of the carrots.
Add the beet.
You may use the remaining carrots to help push the lettuce and spinach through the juicer. Enjoy!

Here's what you need: carrot, olive oil, salt, black pepper, maple syrup, fresh parsley

Ingredients

1 lb carrot
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons maple syrup
fresh parsley, chopped, to serve

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
Add the carrots to a sheet pan, and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Top with parsley.
Enjoy!
