Here's what you need: hot water, unflavored gelatin, cream soda, champagne

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

2 cups hot water
4 packs unflavored gelatin
1 bottle cream soda, or vanilla soda
¾ bottle champagne, extra dry for sweetness

Steps:

Boil two cups of water.
Mix 4 packets of unflavored gelatin into the water. Let cool for a few minutes.
Add one bottle of cream or vanilla soda, and ¾ of a bottle of champagne.
Cover and refrigerate 3-5 hours. (Over night for a definite set)
If set in a pan, use a knife sprayed with cooking oil to cut. Or to make life easier, refrigerate in separate plastic cups.
Top with sprinkles and/or pop rocks, directly before serving! The pop rocks/ sprinkles will melt, so be sure to consume quickly!

I usually double the recipe and make 2 different colors and get a small cookie cutter like a circle or star ect....I alternate the colors by stacking them on top of each other in a little bit bigger than a shot glass (disposable) or clear mini cups I stack about 3-4 in each. everyone seems to love em'

1 (3 ounce) box Jello gelatin (any flavor)
2 individual packets unflavored gelatin
1 cup fruit juice (any flavor) or 1 cup pineapple juice, cold
1 2/3 cups champagne

Steps:

Line a 13 x 9 baking pan with nonstick foil.
have ready any shape cookie cutters.
put flavored jello in a meduim bowl set aside.
sprinkle unflavored gelatin over fruit juice in a small saucepan
let stand 1 minute
stir over low heat 2-3 min till gelatin granules completely dissolve.
add to flavored jello stir 3 min till dissolved.
stir in champagne.
pour into baking pan and refrigerate 3 hours till firm
lift foil from pan using cookie cutters to cut shapes through gelatin
stack the different jello flavors in a cup alternating (if you have made two different fllavors of jello, meaning making two separate batches).

1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry champagne
4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 (2 ounce) package dry pectin

Steps:

Sterilize 5 half-pint jars. Set aside.
Pour the champagne into a large pot, and stir in sugar and vinegar. Bring to a full rolling boil, and stir in the pectin. Boil hard for one minute while stirring vigorously. Remove from heat, and ladle into sterile jars to within 1/2 inch of the top.
Wipe rims with a clean dry cloth, and seal with lids. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. The jelly may take a few days to set.

Food coloring (if desired)
Sanding sugar

Steps:

In a small saucepan add Champagne and 2 ounces of the lemon-lime soda. Heat until simmering and add the gelatin, stirring until it's dissolved. Do not let the mixture boil, you're just letting the gelatin dissolve. Remove from heat and add in remaining lemon-lime soda. If you want to add color, simply add a few drops of food color and stir. Add jello to small single-serving containers or a small baking dish. You can also add your jello to a silicone ice tray if you own one. That is what we used. Chill for several hours or until set and enjoy!
