Ingredients

Leftover Roti 2
Onion, small 1
Tomato, small 1
Kheera 1/2
Veg mayo 1tsp
Cheese 1 cube
Tomato Sauce
Chat masala

Steps:

Cut all veggies in small pieces. Spread them on the roti. Add mayo and grated cheese on top. Take another roti spread some tomato sauce and keep it on the 1st roti.
Heat the tawa, pour 1 tbsp of oil on it. Keep the rotis on the tawa and shallow fry from both the side till it becomes hard from both the sides.
Cut into four slices like a pizza and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
