Cheesy hashbrown casserole that is so easy to make! The crunchy cornflake topping is one of the best things to happen on this casserole.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns and 1/2 cup butter. Add in the pepper, salt, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese, and mix until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup butter with the cornflakes. Sprinkle on top of the hashbrown mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350-f degrees. Lightly spray a 9″x13″ baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns with 1/2 cup melted butter and all the remaining ingredients except the corn flakes. Spread into baking dish.
- Mix 1/4 cup melted butter and the crushed corn flakes together and sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Serve hot.

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside.
- Place hashbrowns in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, dried onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add to hashbrowns and fold to combine. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread to an even layer.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter with crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Cover dish with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until casserole is thoroughly hot. If you'd like an extra crunchy topping, set the dish under the broiler for a few minutes. Top with chopped green onions or chives, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
