CHEESY BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICHES

Steps:

• Cook onions in large covered skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 min.; stir, then push to one side of skillet. Add chicken; cook 4 min. Turn chicken; top with barbecue sauce. Cook, covered, on medium-low 6 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Stir onions.
• Sprinkle chicken with cheese; cook, covered, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
• Fill rolls with chicken and onions.

CHEESY BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICHES

CHEESY BBQ-BACON CHICKEN BREASTS

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F.
• Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
• Pour barbecue sauce over chicken.
• Bake 20 min. Top with cheese and bacon. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted and chicken is done (165°F).

CHEESY BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

Steps:

• 1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce.
• 2. Spread the pizza crust dough out on a greased 12 inch pizza pan, or a greased 13x9 baking sheet.
• 3. Spread the barbecue chicken on the crust, and top with the caramelized onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 425 for 14-16 minutes. * I made the caramelized onions in the crockpot. So easy and you can make a lot and freeze some. I'll include a link to this recipe in the comment section below.

CHEESEY CHICKEN BREASTS

Steps:

• Slice the chicken breast leaving a hole (not all the way through)
• Fill the chicken breast with the philadelphia cook for 30 mins
• Remove from oven slice in half and add herbs

CHEESY CHICKEN AND BISCUIT BAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
• Spray a 9x11 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray, lightly.
• In a small mixing bowl, combine meat, soup and vegetables.
• Spread mixture evenly in the pan.
• Top with shredded cheese.
• In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well or sift together.
• Add milk and oil.
• Mix well with a fork until all dry ingredients are moist.
• Drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls over the soup mixture. Don't worry of the dough balls don't touch - they swell when cooking.
• Bake 15-20 minutes or until tops of biscuits are starting to brown and visible soup is bubbling nicely.
• Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
