These homemade tart cherry gummies are the perfect healthy treat! The juice is packed with healthy goodness and the kids will love them because they're like candy! Win win!

- 1. Begin by heating up the cherry juice in a heavy-bottomed pot. 2. When the juice boils, turn down the heat to a simmer and add the sweetener. Be sure to taste the juice after it's added to adjust to the level of sweetness you'd prefer. Make sure the sweetener dissolves and is still simmering. 3. Add the gelatin. Mix well so that it completely dissolves. A whisk works well here. 4. Take the mixture off the heat and working quickly, dropper out the liquid into the sprayed molds or pour it into your sprayed glass baking dish. 5. Let the gummies set up completely. Remove them from the molds/glass dish and place them into an airtight container for storage.

EXTREME SOUR GUMMIES
Pucker up for these sweet and sour gummies, which pack some serious punch thanks to a secret ingredient -- citric acid -- which you can buy online or at any specialty baking store. Just make sure to enjoy them immediately once you've tossed them in the sugar mixture or they will become sticky.

- Put two 50-count silicone gummy bear molds on a baking sheet and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- Combine the flavored gelatin powder, unflavored gelatin powder, 1 tablespoon of the citric acid and 1/2 cup cold water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring frequently so that the sugar does not stick to the bottom of the saucepan, about 4 minutes. Do not boil.
- Pour the mixture into a small liquid measuring cup. With a spoon, skim off any bubbles that have formed. Carefully fill the molds and gently shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.
- Combine the sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon citric acid in a medium bowl. Carefully remove the gummy bears from the molds and toss in the sugar mixture. Enjoy immediately.
GUMMY CANDY
Feel like a kid again with this gummy candy recipe. Fun to make with the kids or just for yourself. If you don't have candy molds, pour the mixture onto a pizza pan and after it cools in the freezer use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes.

- In a saucepan, stir together the sugar free gelatin, unflavored gelatin and water until it resembles dough. Warm over medium heat until melted. Pour into molds, or onto a baking tray. Refrigerate or freeze until firm, about 10 minutes in the freezer. Unmold or cut with cookie cutters and serve.

TART CHERRY SLEEP GUMMIES RECIPE
Gummies made with tart cherry juice, honey, salt, and gelatin to help promote relaxation and quality sleep.

- Pour juice into a small saucepan.
- Slowly mix the gelatin powder into the juice.
- Add the honey.
- Turn on low heat and stir as it begins to warm.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is smooth and gelatin has dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add vitamin C if using.
- Pour into silicon molds or a glass baking dish that has been lightly greased with coconut oil.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden.
- Remove from molds.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (they never last that long at our house).

- Beat peanut butter, butter and confectioners' sugar until crumbly. Stir in walnuts, coconut, cherries and cherry juice. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of filling into balls. Freeze 10 minutes. , In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off; place on waxed paper. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Freeze option: Freeze candy in freezer containers, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, serve frozen or thaw in refrigerator before serving.
