- place noodles in a large heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water, stand until just tender, seperate with a fork; drain. set aside.
- heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat; spray with oil. add tofu in 2 or 3 batches, cook until browned; set aside.
- reheat frying pan or wok over medium heat; spray with oil, add garlic, ginger, onion; stirfry for 2 minutes or until soft. add capsicum, zucchini, carrot, corn and broccolini; stirfry for 3-5 minutes or until tender crisp.
- add noodles, tofu and combined MAGGI oyster sauce and MAGGI chilli sauce; stirfry for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Steps:
- Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and leave to stand 2 minutes, using a wooden spoon to gently separate.
- Spray a non-stick wok or frying pan with oil. Cook tofu in 2 or 3 batches over high heat until browned. Set aside.
- Reheat wok. Add ginger, garlic, and onion. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until soft.
- Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until tender but still crisp.
- Add drained noodles, tofu, and combined sauces to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through. Toss with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

- In a medium bowl, mix together 2 cloves of garlic, the ginger, honey, Sriracha, lime juice, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Wrap the tofu in a dish towel, then place a plate on top. Let drain for 10-15 minutes, then remove the plate, unwrap the tofu, and slice into cubes.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the tofu and pan fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the remaining 2 cloves of minced garlic and the onion and stir until softened, about 1 minute.
- Add the carrot, bell pepper, and edamame and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soba noodles, reserved sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Garnish with green onions, if desired.

- Pour boiling water over the noodles and set aside to soften for 15 mins. Cut the tofu in half through the centre to make 2 thinner pieces, then in half the other way to make 4 rectangles, and in half on the diagonal to make 8 triangles. In a frying pan, mix the chilli sauce, 2 tbsp soy and 3 tbsp pineapple juice. Add the tofu and cook until the sauce is thick and sticky, turning the tofu halfway through cooking. Tip into a serving dish with any sauce and keep warm.
- Drain the noodles. Heat the oil in the pan, add the peppers and the white parts of the spring onions and and fry for 8-10 mins until the peppers have defrosted and softened. Add the pineapple, noodles and remaining soy sauce, then toss together and heat through. Serve with the tofu, scattered with the green parts of the spring onions.

- Combine water, liquid soy seasoning, arrowroot, ginger, and garlic in a jar. Set glaze aside.
- Line a plate with paper towels, set tofu on top, and add another layer of paper towels. Place a cutting board on top of the tofu and set a heavy pot on the board. Let sit for 30 minutes, replacing the paper towels as needed, to press as much liquid as possible from the tofu.
- Place rice noodles into a large bowl, cover with cold water, and soak. Cut pressed tofu into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add tofu and stir-fry until all sides are golden, about 5 minutes. Add all mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Mix in bell pepper and onion, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Pour glaze on top and cook until sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Remove rice noodles from water, shake off excess liquid, and add to the wok. Stir-fry until heated thorough, about 3 minutes.

- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok and add the ginger, garlic and spring onions. Fry for 1 minute, add the tofu and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, then remove to a plate.
- Heat the remaining oil and stir-fry the carrots, sugar snap peas, sweetcorn, red pepper and mushrooms until the vegetables are beginning to soften, then add the pak choi, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and basil.
- Return the tofu, ginger, garlic and spring onions to the wok and toss everything together. Serve immediately with cooked Thai Taste Rice Noodles and garnished with coriander.
