- Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup marshmallows and 2 tablespoons chocolate chips on half of each tortilla. , Roll up, beginning with the topping side. Wrap each tortilla in heavy-duty foil; seal tightly. , Grill, covered, over low heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. , Unwrap tortillas and place on dessert plates. Serve with ice cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. Stir in the cream cheese, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until blended. Spread over tortillas. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes., For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup; stir in water until smooth. Drizzle over wraps.

- Heat the oven to 350°F Beat the egg and water in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.
- Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry into a 16-inch square. Cut the pastry square into 8 (8 x 4-inch) rectangles. Cut the rectangles diagonally into 16 triangles. Arrange about 2 teaspoons chocolate chips down the center of each triangle. Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle up, bending the edges in to form a crescent. Place the pastries seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with the egg mixture.
- Bake the pastries for 20 minutes or until they're golden brown.

CANDY WRAPS
This is a splendid recipe that is extremely tasty! You don't really cook anything, so it is good for kids to make, but it is better if it can chill for about three and a half hours so the marmalade and syrup can seep into the tortilla so you get a sweeter and gooier product. This simple recipe is tantalizingly gooey and sweet, so it can be used as a snack, part of a meal, or a dessert!

- Lay the tortilla out on a clean surface or dinner plate. Spread orange marmalade on one half, then spread maple syrup on the other. Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting at the end with the syrup and finishing with marmalade. Use toothpicks to hold it together if needed, or wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a few hours, then slice into 1 inch pieces to serve.

BANANA CHOCOLATE WRAP WITH EASY RASPBERRY SAUCE - TOASTED
Decadent enough for dessert, but surprisingly low in calories and easy to make with a raspberry jam sauce! This wrap is warm and gooey and features reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel). Totally customizable based on your tastes - sometimes I make this with banana, Nutella and peanut butter, or you can use a different flavor of jam. This recipe makes one wrap - make one per person if using as a dessert or side, or (my preference) eat two for a full breakfast or lunch. If you use thin tortillas, these are reminiscent of filled crepes.

- Leaving about 1 1/2 inches uncovered around the edges, spread cream cheese thickly in the center of the tortilla. Top with Nutella and banana slices.
- Roll tortilla burrito-style, folding in the sides and then rolling up.
- Melt butter or margarine in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Place wrap in pan, seam side down, and reduce heat to low.
- Check wrap often to make sure it doesn't burn. When it is golden brown on each side, turn it. I brown mine on four sides.
- When wrap is done, remove from heat and cover the pan while you prepare the sauce - this will help the cream cheese continue to melt.
- Heat jam in a small, microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on half power for 30-45 seconds or until hot and melted. Be careful not to burn yourself when handling it!
- To serve, place wrap on a plate and pour sauce over it. You can garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and/or fresh raspberries to make it extra special.
- Enjoy!
