Ingredients

1 quart peppermint ice cream
1 quart eggnog
4 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles ginger ale, chilled
1 cup rum
24 small peppermint candy canes for garnish

Steps:

Set aside 2 or 3 round scoops of ice cream in the freezer for garnish. Stir remaining ice cream until softened. Gradually stir in eggnog and rum. Transfer to a punch bowl, and stir in ginger ale. Hang candy canes around the edge of the punchbowl. Float reserved ice cream scoops on top, and serve immediately.

½ cup white sugar
2 cups orange juice
⅔ cup lemon juice
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, with juice
1 fluid ounce triple sec liqueur
1 (750 milliliter) bottle light rum
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 liter carbonated water
ice

Steps:

In a punch bowl, combine sugar, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add cherries, triple sec, light rum, orange slices, lemon slices, and pineapple chunks. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
Pour in carbonated water, and add ice just before serving.

1 quart peppermint ice cream, softened
1 (12 ounce) jar strawberry preserves
2 (2 liter) bottles carbonated lemon-lime beverage
1/2 cup peppermint candy, crushed fine
4 -6 whole candy canes

Steps:

Chop the candy canes in a food processor to get them fine enough. Place the softened ice cream and strawberry preserves in a punch bowl. Mix well.
When serving, add the soda and sprinkle in the crushed candy canes on top and stir.
Unwrap the whole candy canes and hang on the sides of the punch bowl with the ends inside.

3 cups rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
4 tablespoons flour
1 (300 g) package frozen blueberries, about 2 cups
1 (225 g) package frozen raspberries, about 2 cups
1/2 cup golden raisin
1 cup grapes, green seedless
4 cups apples, peeled, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2 cups cubed peaches (or 1-14oz can, drained, chopped)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups flour

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly butter sides of 9x13x2-inch baking dish.
Place frozen rhubarb in a sieve and run under cold water till pieces are separated and ice crystals have melted. Drain well and pat dry. Spread over bottom of dish. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoons of flour.
Cover with 4 cups of sliced peeled apples. Sprinkle with another tablespoon of flour.
Top with layer of bleuberries. Sprinkle with another tablespoon of flour. Spoon raspberries over top, Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of flour.
Then scatter raisins over top, then the cubed peaches.
Stir 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Then stir butter with remaining cup of brown sugar until creamy.
Gradually stir in 1 1/4 cups flour and remaining 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, working with a fork or your fingers till crumbly.Evenly sprinkle over fruit.
Bake in center of preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, till apples seem tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
