En una sola sartén podrás crear unas deliciosas chuletas de cerdo con verduras; que además, sorprenderán con el inesperado sabor del mango.

- Calienta el aderezo en una sartén grande a fuego medio-alto. Agrega el mango, el jugo de naranja, la cebolla y el ajo; cocina todo durante 5 minutos.
- Agrega las chuletas; cocina de 3 a 5 minutos por lado o hasta que estén doradas.
- Agrega los ejotes, el brócoli y los cacahuates a la sartén. Cocínalos durante 5 minutos o hasta que los ejotes y el brócoli estén tiernos, revolviendo de vez en cuando.

CHULETAS DE CERDO CON CEBOLLAS A LA SARTéN
Steps:
- Cocina las chuletas y las cebollas en una sartén antiadherente grande a fuego medio-alto durante 8 min., dándoles vuelta a las chuletas y revolviendo las cebollas a los 4 min. (Las chuletas no estarán totalmente cocidas). Retira las chuletas de la sartén.
- Cocina las cebollas unos 5 min. adicicionales, reolviendo con frecuencia. Incorpora la salsa Worcestershire. Pon las chuletas de vuelta en la sartén; pon la mezcla de cebolla sobre las chuletas.
- Revuelve la mezcla para relleno con el agua; pon esto por el borde de la sartén. Corona las chuletas y el relleno con el queso; pon la tapa. Cocínalo 5 min. o hasta que se derrita el queso y las chuletas se cocinen (temperatura interna de 145ºF). Retira la sartén del fuego. Deja el platillo reposar durante 3 min. antes de servir.
