Chunky Cheese Bread For Sandwiches Soup Dippin Or Eatin Plain Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. warm water
  2. yeast
  3. sugar
  4. salt
  5. dry mustard
  6. eggs
  7. oil
  8. butter
  9. flour
  10. cheddar cheese
  11. olive oil
  12. seasoning salt

Steps:

  1. generously grease two loaf pans
  2. set aside
  3. in mixing bowl , whisk water and yeast , let rest 2-3 minutes
  4. then whisk in sugar , salt , mustard , eggs , oil , butter , then stir in half the flour
  5. begin kneading with dough hook on low for 5-8 minutes , adding more flour to make a soft elastic dough
  6. form into ball in mixing bowl--spritz dough with oil spray , cover bowl loosely with plastic wrap
  7. let rise for 30 minutes
  8. turn out dough on lightly floured table , punch down gently
  9. divide dough in half
  10. press each half into an oval
  11. sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over each oval , press into dough , then roll each oval into a jelly roll
  12. cut each roll into thick slices , then in half again
  13. arrange chunks in prepped loaf pans
  14. scatter cubed cheese over dough chunks
  15. drizzle oil or butter over this , sprinkle on the seasoned salt
  16. cover pans with plastic wrap , let rise in warm spot 30-45 minutes
  17. preheat oven to 350
  18. bake loaves until browned and sizzling--cheese will be melted--about 35-40 minutes
  19. cool in pan 10 minutes , then remove and serve
