Steps:
- In large bowl, microwave chips until melted, stirring once through. (Don't overheat and scorch.)
- Stir in rest of ingredients, and drop onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheets by rounded tablespoons, mounding a bit to form little "haystacks".
- Chill until set. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

- 1. In a medium sauce pan at medium heat, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chops. Stir constantly until all are melted and combined well. Stir in oil. Remove from heat and stir in shoestring potatoes.
- 2. Drop candy by teaspoons full onto waxed paper or parchment paper covered cookie sheets. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
