6 cinnamon raisin bagels
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup cinnamon sugar

Steps:

Slice bagels very thinly into strips.
Spread each slice/piece with butter.
Without overlapping, place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle thickly with cinnamon sugar.
Place baking sheet on top oven rack on low broiler setting for 1-3 minutes.
Watch very closely. These crisp up quickly and can burn easily.
These bagel chips crisp up as they cool.
Serve once cool or store in an airtight container for several days.

15 mini cinnamon swirl bagels, cubed, or more as needed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
6 large eggs
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup milk
½ cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, or to taste

Steps:

Line the bottom of an 11x13-inch baking dish with bagel cubes. Layer cream cheese cubes on top.
Beat eggs, maple syrup, milk, half-and-half, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.

butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Steps:

Preheat toaster or conventional oven to 350 cut each bagel horizontally into 4 slices place margarine in microwave safe bowl and microwave 15 seconds lightly coat slices with spray brush with margarine arrange in single layer on pan or sheet combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until crisp cool completely on wire rack store air tight can sub cinnamon raisin bagels if desired

4 plain bagels
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
With a sharp knife, very carefully slice the bagels as thinly as possible, getting 8 to 10 slices per bagel.
Spread in 1 layer on the prepared sheets.
Heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
When oil starts to get warm, about 1 minute, remove from the heat and add the garlic and Essence.
Let sit until the garlic perfumes the oil, about 10 minutes.
Remove the garlic from the oil.
With a pastry brush, lightly brush the oil on the bagel chips.
Bake until golden brown.
Turn and bake on the second side until just crisp, about 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool on wire racks.
