Cereal treats get a new flavor and new look with this fun Bundt-cake-shaped crowd pleaser. The combo of bran flakes and rice cereal makes for seriously crunchy and crispy treats.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
One 10-ounce bag mini marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Kosher salt
3 cups crispy rice cereal, such as Rice Krispies
3 cups wheat bran cereal with raisins, such as Raisin Bran
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Grease the inside of the Bundt pan with some butter.
Melt the butter in a large pot set over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cinnamon and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows melt completely, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Add the crispy rice cereal and wheat bran cereal and stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to scrape up the bottom, until the cereal is completely coated. Spoon the mixture into the prepared Bundt pan and pat down into an even layer (use the bottom of a measuring cup to help). Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes.
To serve, invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter. Whisk the sugar with 1 1/4 teaspoons water in a small bowl until a smooth, thick and pourable. Drizzle the glaze over the dessert and let it harden, about 5 minutes. Cut into slices. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

11 whole cinnamon graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
1 package (17.9 ounces) Crispix cereal
1 cup miniature pretzels
1 cup pecan halves
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 cup vanilla or butterscotch chips

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, cereal, pretzels and pecans. Combine butter and honey; drizzle over graham cracker mixture and mix well. Transfer to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely. Stir in chips.

6 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons seasoning salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup bagel chips
3 cups crispy corn cereal squares
3 cups crispy rice cereal squares
3 cups crispy wheat cereal squares

Steps:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Melt the margarine in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Remove baking pan from oven. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Gradually mix in the nuts, pretzels, bagel chips, crispy corn cereal squares, crispy rice cereal squares, and crispy wheat cereal squares. Evenly coat all ingredients.
Bake approximately 1 hour in the preheated oven. Drain on paper towels.

Steps:

Cook butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until beginning to brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
Grind uncooked rice in a blender until grains are broken; add to butter, cook and stir until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir coconut milk, water, sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl to dissolve sugar; gradually add to rice, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low, cover saucepan, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
