This is a better version of your everyday, regular white rice. It has a nice flavor to it. Follow the directions exactly, and you'll always get fluffy rice.

2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
2 cups coconut water (such as Goya®)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Combine rice, coconut water, water, olive oil, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer and cook, covered, until liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Do not lift the lid while rice is cooking. Fluff with a fork.

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

Fill ice trays with the coconut water and freeze until solid.
Place the fruit, honey and 12 to 14 coconut water-flavored ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
