200 g desiccated coconut
150 g sugar
200 g butter, softened
1 egg

Steps:

  • Mix flour, coconut and sugar.
  • Fold in the egg and butter and knead.
  • Run through a cookie press, taking lengths of about 8 cm. and forming them into circles.
  • Put on a baking sheet and bake at about 180°C for about 8 minutes, or until they are a light golden colour.
