COKECOLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9-in. baking pan., In a large bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients. In a small saucepan, combine cola, butter and cocoa; bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened., In a small bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk and vanilla until blended; add to flour mixture, whisking constantly., Transfer to prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean., About 15 minutes before cake is done, prepare glaze. In a small saucepan, bring cola to a boil; cook 12-15 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in butter and cocoa until butter is melted; remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar; stir until smooth. Pour immediately over hot cake.

COKE CAKE

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking soda; set aside. , In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and cola to a boil; stir into dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows; mix well. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until cake tests done. , For icing, combine butter, cocoa and cola in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in confectioners' sugar and mix well. Spread over hot cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool before cutting.

ORIGINAL COCA-COLA CAKE RECIPE

Steps:

• In a medium saucepan, mix Coca-Cola, butter, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil.
• In another bowl, combine the sugar, flour and salt. Pour the boiling Cola mixture over the flour mixture and beat well.
• Add the eggs (by tempering the eggs first), buttermilk, soda and vanilla to the mixture. Beat well.
• Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking dish and bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes - until center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let the cake cool completely.
• For the frosting, Combine the butter, cocoa powder and milk in a saucepan. Heat until the butter melts. Beat in the remaining ingredients and spread onto the cake using a frosting knife.

COCA COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and sugar in large bowl. In small saucepan, heat 1 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup Coca-Cola. Bring to simmer and then pour over flour mixture. Stir well. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Mix. Add marshmallows. Pour into 9x13 pan for 35 minutes.
• To make the frosting, in a saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, 6 tablespoons Coca-Cola, and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Bring to a boil. Pour over bowl with powdered sugar. Beat well. Spread evenly over warm cake. Let cool. Serve.

COCA COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9"-x-13" pan with cooking spray.
• In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
• In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, Coke, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs and buttermilk. Pour into flour mixture and mix until combined.
• Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
• While baking, make the glaze: In a medium saucepan, bring Coke to a boil. Allow it to reduce by half, about 15 minutes. Add butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and stir to combine. Pour over powdered sugar and whisk until combined.
• Pour frosting over cake while still warm. Wait about 10 minutes for icing to set. Slice and serve.

COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
• Combine the cake mix and cola in a large bowl. Use a hand whisk to mix ingredients until light and smooth, about 3 minutes. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
• Bake cake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Allow cake to cool before cutting.

COCO-COLA CAKE II

Steps:

• Combine flour and white sugar in mixing bowl. Heat 1 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 cup cola soft drink to boiling and pour over the flour and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
• Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and marshmallows and mix well.
• Bake in a prepared 9 by 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• While still hot, frost with Coco Cola Frosting: Combine 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons cola soft drink and heat to boiling. Pour over 4 cups confectioners' sugar and mix well. Mix in chopped nuts and spread over hot cake.

EASY TO MAKE COKE--COLA CAKE

Steps:

• Sift Together:.
• 2cups flour or cake flour with 2 cups sugar
• (set aside for later).
• Mix in a saucepan and bring to a boil
• 2 Sticks Margarine or butter, 3 TBLS Cocoa, and 1 cup coke.
• Pour this over the dry ingredients you sat aside. and mix in:.
• 1/2cup buttermilk w/1TSP soda; 2 well beaten eggs; 1 TSPS vanilla; 1 1/2cups minature marshmallows.
• Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
• When the cake is half done begin making the
• icing.
• Mix:.
• 1/2cup Butter or Margarine; 6 TBLS Coke; 3 TBLS Cocoa.
• Bring to a boil and slowly add the box of powdered sugar (and if you like 1 cup nuts).
• Once Icing is mixed well and cake is done pour the hot icing over the hot cake.

COKE CAKE-CRACKER BARREL STYLE

Steps:

• Cake:.
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick spray.
• Combine flour, granulated sugar and baking soda in mixing bowl.
• In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup butter, 5 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup cola beverage to boiling. (whisk together as it melts).
• Pour over the flour mixture and mix thoroughly. I just use a whisk for this because it comes together so easily.
• Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
• Pour into prepared 9x13 pan.
• Bake for 40 minutes.
• During last 10 minutes of baking prepare frosting.
• Prepare Second Frosting:.
• Place 5 cups confectioners' sugar in a mixing bowl.
• In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder and 9 tablespoons cola beverage. Whisk together. Heat to boiling.
• Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
• Pour over 4 cups confectioners' sugar.
• Mix well with a whisk.
• Assembly:.
• Remove cake from oven.
• Immediately frost with marshmallow cream. Go slow. This will prevent tearing the cake. As the fluff warms a bit it will spread easily.
• Slowly pour warm coco-cola frosting over marshmallow fluff.
• It's best to let this cake cool for about an hour before cutting into it.

COCA COLA CAKE USING BOX CAKE MIX RECIPE - (3.7/5)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare cake mix according to package directions but instead of adding water, you will replace that amount with Coca-Cola. Add in dry instant pudding mix to the batter and mix as well. Pour batter into baking dish and bake according to package directions, usually around 35-39 minutes. Just before cake is ready to come out of the oven, start making frosting. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, start melting one stick of butter. Add in cocoa powder and heavy cream (or milk) and stir. Then stir in confectioners' sugar. Stir briskly with a whisk to get all the lumps out. Take mixture off the heat and add in vanilla extract. Once cake comes out of oven pour frosting over warm cake. Do your best to spread it out evenly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, if using. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
