- Make the jerk sauce: Whisk the lemon juice, olive oil, jarred jerk sauce, Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes in a bowl until combined. Stir in the bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic; cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Make the vegetables: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Add the carrots, zucchini and bell pepper, season with salt and cook, tossing occasionally, until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of the prepared jerk sauce and cook until the vegetables are glazed, 1 to 2 more minutes. Remove from the heat and cover to keep warm.
- Grill the burgers: Preheat a grill to medium high and brush the grates with canola oil. Form the beef into four 3/4-inch-thick patties and season generously with salt and pepper. Grill about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Meanwhile, lightly toast the buns on the grill.
- Serve the burgers on the buns; top with the sauteed vegetables.

- In a medium bowl, mix together the egg, 1/4 cup of cola, crackers, 2 tablespoons of French dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Crumble in the ground beef, and mix well. Form into 6 balls, and pat into 3/4 inch patties. Pour the remaining cola and dressing into a small bowl, and mix well.

- Prepare grill for medium heat. Place a large cast-iron skillet on grill grates., In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties. - Divide the ham up into 4 quarter pound sections. If you have a griddle, heat that on high (otherwise just use a non stick pan). You want to grill each side of the quarter pound sections until it starts to brown. If you have a meat press/weight that helps to use on top as well! Remove ham and set aside.
- Form 4 patties with the ground beef. Season each side of the patties with salt and pepper generously. On the same griddle (or pan) on high heat, add some canola oil (no more than 1 tablespoon) and cook the burger patties to your liking--about 3 minutes per side for medium rare. In the last minute, cover each burger patty with a slice of cheese.
- When burgers are finished, set aside for about 2-5 minutes (this helps keep the juices in the burger and not all over you!).
