EASY FRUIT-JUICE GELATIN
Skip artificially flavored gelatin in favor of this super-simple homemade version using any fruit juice you like.

- Place 1 cup juice in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with gelatin. Meanwhile, bring remaining 3 cups juice to a boil. Pour boiling juice over gelatin-juice mixture, and stir until gelatin dissolves completely. Pour into 5-ounce juice glasses, which make great single servings. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.

This recipe is called white gelatin but is very moist unlike regular gelatin. My family has made this every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas and it never gets old.

- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and well blended. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Stir into the cream cheese mixture along with the milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour into a mold if desired, and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.

Steps:
- Prepare 3 gelatins following directions on the box (use 3 different bowls). Refrigerate until firm.
- When firm, cut them in small squares(bit size) and put them together in a big bowl.
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin following pack directions.
- Blend unflavored gelatin, sweetened condensed milk and table cream.
- Stir in gelatin squares and carefully mix.
- Refrigerate until firm.

Steps:
- Mix crushed graham crackers and butter in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan, spread evenly. Set aside.
- Place each gelatin flavor in separate bowls, dissolve with ⅔ cup (160 ml) hot water, then, add more ⅔ cup (160 ml) cold water.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
- Cut the gelatin into small pieces, reserve.
- For the cream cheese filling in a bowl, mix condensed milk, cream, cream cheese until well combined.
- Hydrate the unflavored gelatin and microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve.
- Add the gelatin in the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Place the flavored gelatin pieces over the cheesecake crust.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the gelatin carefully.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with mixed berry sauce.
- Enjoy!
