1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk chocolate M&M's or butterscotch chips

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the first four ingredients until well blended. Stir in the M&M's or chips. , Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.

1 ¼ cups firmly packed light brown sugar
¾ cup JIF® Peanut Butter
½ cup Butter Flavor CRISCO® Stick
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 egg
1 ¾ cups sifted all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon salt

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place sheets of foil on countertop for cooling cookies.
Combine brown sugar, JIF® peanut butter, shortening, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of fork.
Bake one baking sheet at a time for 7-8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown. Do not over-bake. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to foil to cool completely.

These are so yummy. My aunt submitted them to our family cookbook her story is as follows; "These cookies were served in the cafeteria when I was in elementary school. My daughter Leeann made these and entered them in the county fair and received a blue ribbon!!! The reason I chose this recipe is because they are my favorites!" I love these as well, and you can leave out the cocoa for a peanut butter jiffy rather than peanut butter and chocolate.

2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
2 1/2 cups oatmeal

Boil group 1 ingredients hard for 1 minute.
Pour in group 2 ingredients stir well.
Drop on wax paper and let cool completely.

Steps:

Mix the brownie mix, egg, instant coffee, vanilla, melted butter, and salt together
until everything is completely incorporated.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place tablespoon-size drops of cookie batter onto parchment paper.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven heat.
Remove from parchment and place on a cookie rack to cool.
Serve.

1 (8 ounce) package jiffy pie crust mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 (8 ounce) package jiffy brownie mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup soft butter
1/3 cup melted chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all white batter ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Mix dry ingredients for chocolate batter together.
Add remaining chocolate batter ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour.
Roll white batter onto floured surface into an 8x10 rectangle.
Place chicolate batter over white batter evenly. Roll up like a jelly roll.
Slice into 1/2 inch slices and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
