- Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
- Add cereal and 1 cup chopped cookies; mix well.
- Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies; press lightly into cereal mixture to secure. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Stir in marshmallows and stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat and gently stir in Rice Krispies cereal, stir until evenly coated. Fold in 10 chopped oreos. Pour mixture into buttered dish. Using a buttered spatula or greased hands gently press mixture evenly into dish, set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips on 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth. Spread melted chocolate evenly over Rice Krispie Treats and immediately (before chocolate hardens) sprinkle with 6 chopped oreos. Cover and refrigerate about 10 minutes, or alternately let rest on counter until chocolate hardens (it just takes longer). Cut into 18 squares.

- In a large plastic (ziplock type) bag, crush oreos (I used a large, flat bottom mug). You want to have some crushed into small pieces, and some bite size chunks. As an alternative, simply chop the oreo cookies to desired size. Add oreos to rice krispies and stir to combine.
- In a large microwave safe bowl, heat butter and marshmallows together (about 3 minutes). They will expand a LOT, so make sure your bowl is big enough. When the marshmallows are puffy and mostly melted, carefully remove from microwave and stir to fully combine the butter, and make sure the marshmallows are fully melted. *Note you are welcome to do this step in a large pot on the stove if you prefer.
