- Coat shrimp with flour mixture, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, being careful to shake off excess between steps and not overcoat.
- Fry two to three minutes or until golden brown.

Steps:
- Heat cream in a saucepan and lightly boil until it's half its original volume, being careful not to scorch. Stir in Parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Lower heat and keep warm while you prepare the steak and shrimp. Season the steak to your preference. Grill either inside or outside, until done to your liking. Heat the butter in a small saute pan. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until cooked through, and lightly browned, about 4-6 minutes. Place the grilled steak on the plate, top with the sautéed shrimp and Parmesan sauce.

2020-03-10 The shrimp cook up perfectly in no time. The FryDaddy also doesn’t use much oil so I’m not being as wasteful as when I use my big fryer. For a little kick, mix in a good pinch or two or more of cayenne pepper into the breading before coating the shrimp. Also try my copycat Applebee’s Sriracha shrimp and my copycat of Chili’s crispy shrimp.
