COPYCAT LOGANS ROADHOUSE FRIED MUSHROOMS RECIPE

Steps:
- Wash and scrub the mushrooms, trimming the stems.
- In a low bowl, add flour, salt, and pepper, and whisk to combine.
- In another wide bowl, add buttermilk.
- Dip mushrooms into flour mixture, then buttermilk, and then again in the flour and repeat with all mushrooms.
- In the meantime, heat a large pot of canola oil. Cnce hot, add the mushrooms.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve with dipping sauce, such as garlic aioli.
