3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 cup milk
3 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
1/8 tsp. paprika

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayo and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add onions, red peppers, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, seasoned salt and hot sauce; mix well. Stir in crabmeat and Swiss cheese.
  • Spoon into casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with TATER TOTS. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 35 min. or until heated through.

3 green onions, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Sweet Relish
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
2 cans (6 oz. each) lump crabmeat, drained, flaked

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, slice 1 onion. Mix with mayo, relish and lemon juice until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Slice remaining onions. Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet. Add onions, peppers and seasoning; mix well. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in crab meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Top TATER TOTS with crabmeat mixture and mayo mixture.

2 russet potatoes, peeled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 cups peanut oil

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in a pot; add cold water until potatoes are covered by 1 inch. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer until potatoes are softened, about 10 minutes; drain. Cool until easily handled, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Shred potatoes into thin strips with a box grater; drain excess water. Place shredded potato into a large mixing bowl. Stir parsley, flour, salt, seasoned pepper, and onion powder into the potatoes until combined. Shape potato mixture into potato nuggets.
  • Heat peanut oil in a deep-fryer or large stockpot to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place potato nuggets in the fryer, 5 to 10 at a time. Cook until golden brown and crispy, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 cup mashed potatoes
Canola oil, for deep-frying
1/2 pound lump crab meat
Panko bread crumbs, for breading
Kosher salt

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine the butter with 1/4 cup water over high heat. When the water comes to a simmer and the butter is melted, add the flour. Reduce the heat to medium and stir until the resulting paste pulls away from the sides of the pan, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add the egg to the pan and stir vigorously until the egg is incorporated into the flour mixture. Stir in the mashed potatoes and let cool. Pour enough oil into a medium pot so that the oil comes 3 inches up the sides. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F. While the oil heats, gently fold the crab into the potato mixture; the lumpier the batter, the better. Using two soup spoons, shape the mixture into quenelles, or 2-inch footballs. (You should end up with about 35.) Roll in the panko. Deep-fry, working in batches and turning once, until crisp, brown, and heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt
