  1. all-purpose flour
  2. granulated sugar
  3. brown sugar
  4. butter
  5. baking apples
  6. fresh cranberries
  7. fresh orange juice
  8. cornstarch


  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup
  3. level with a knife
  4. combine flour , 1 / 4 cup granulated sugar , brown sugar and butter in a food processor
  5. pulse 10 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal
  6. combine apple and cranberries in a large bowl
  7. combine juice and remaining ingredients
  8. pour over apple mixture
  9. toss well
  10. spoon apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish
  11. sprinkle with flour mixture
  12. bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
  13. serve warm
