CRANBERRY BRIE BITES
Tangy cranberry, creamy brie, and crunchy walnuts come together in a buttery shell for an appetizer that will wow your guests. Bonus: These can be made up to 3 days ahead; wrap them in plastic wrap before the baking step and store in the refrigerator. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Steps:
- Place Brie cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes. Oil a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Roll 1 puff pastry sheet out into a 10x14-inch rectangle. Cut the sheet lengthwise into 4 even strips and crosswise into 6 even strips; there should be 24 squares. Separate and press them gently into the muffin cups.
- Cut chilled Brie cheese into 24 pieces approximately 3/4-inch in size. Add 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce to each pastry-lined muffin cup; press in 1 piece of Brie and top with 1 teaspoon of chopped walnuts. Sprinkle bites with sea salt. Chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Bake bites in the preheated oven until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.

CRANBERRY-BRIE BITES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Thaw puffy pastry sheet flat. Cut puff pastry sheet into approximately 3-inch squares and place them into mini muffin tins, pressing them into the shape of the muffin hole. Place a 1-inch slice of brie in the center of each puff pastry and then top it with approximately 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.
- Bake 10 minutes or until puff pastry corners are toasted light brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

- Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until almost tender., Meanwhile, cut bacon strips widthwise into fourths. Drain potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap a piece of bacon around each potato quarter; secure with toothpicks. Place in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. - In large saucepan, heat cranberries, jelly, sugar, water and pepper flakes to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring often. Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often, until cranberry skins begin to split and mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat; stir in chopped rosemary. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spread pecans in ungreased shallow pan. Bake uncovered 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown.
- Increase oven temperature to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place phyllo shells on cookie sheet; place 1 cheese cube in each shell. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with 1/2 teaspoon cranberry mixture, 1 toasted pecan half and 1 rosemary leaf. Serve immediately.

- Make the cranberry sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 13-15 minutes, or until the cranberries are soft and the sauce thickens. Remove the pot from the heat and let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until ready to use.
- Make the marshmallow cups: Line 2 12-cup muffin tins with liners.
- In a small bowl, cream together the sugar and cream cheese with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the whipped cream and fold to incorporate.
- Add 1½ cups (360 g) of the chilled cranberry sauce to the whipped cream mixture and fold until combined. (Save any remaining cranberry sauce for another use.) Fold in 2½ (125 G) cups Kraft® Jet-Puffed Pals Miniature Marshmallows until distributed evenly.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of the marshmallow mixture into each muffin cup and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon orange zest and a few Kraft® Jet-Puffed Pals Miniature Marshmallows over the center of each cup.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid. Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.

- Pulse flour and salt in a food processor to combine. Add butter; pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, with some larger pieces remaining. Evenly drizzle 1/4 cup ice water over mixture. Pulse until dough is crumbly but holds together when squeezed. If dough is too dry, add up to 1/4 cup more ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, and pulse to combine.
