GREEN RICE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Cook and drain the broccoli.
• Mix all ingredients in a large baking dish.
• Bake for 1 hour.

CREAMY GREEN RICE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• Mix together all ingredients except olive oil and garlic.
• Place olive oil in the bottom of a casserole dish or square glass baking dish. Rub the dish with one bulb of chopped garlic and leave the garlic in the dish.
• Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 325 degrees.

GREEN RICE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Butter a 2-quart baking dish and set aside.
• In a large bowl, combine the rice, 3/4 of the cheddar cheese, ricotta, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
• Mix until well blended.
• Add the spinach, bell pepper, chiles, and green onions.
• Mix until well blended.
• Transfer to prepared baking dish.
• Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top and bake until golden, about 30 minutes.

Steps:

• Cook rice according to package directions.
• Stir cheese whiz into hot rice.
• Meanwhile heat margarine in skillet and sauté celery and onion until soft but not brown.
• Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
• Fold celery, onion, broccoli, and soup into rice mixture.
• Pour into greased 3 quart casserole.
• Bake uncovered 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
