Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion in hot butter until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef to skillet in small chunks; cook and stir to break the beef into smaller pieces as it cooks until no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stir, and cook for 1 minute. Stir mushrooms and garlic salt into the beef mixture. Pour mushroom soup and chicken soup over beef, stir, and cook until hot, about 5 minutes; add sour cream, stir until smooth, and cook until again hot, 2 to 3 minutes more. Pour beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 7x11-inch baking pan.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, 3/4 cup milk, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl; fold in potatoes.
- Spread half the potato mixture into the prepared baking pan; top with Cheddar cheese. Spoon 1/2 the ground beef over cheese layer. Top ground beef layer with remaining potato mixture; layer with remaining ground beef.
- Mix remaining 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup milk; pour mixture over ground beef layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is bubbling, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Sprinkle French-fried onions over casserole; return to oven for 5 more minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a casserole dish. Arrange noodles in prepared dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef, onion, and celery in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. - Salt skillet. Brown desired amont of hamburger. Push meat aside and add 1 to 2 tablespoon flour to remaining grease. When it forms a paste, add desired amount of milk to make a gravy. Season with salt and pepper. At this point, it can be served on toast, mashed potatoes, noodles, rice, etc.
- HOWEVER, this can be a take off point to several directions. Other ingredients an be added along the way. Celery, onion, mushrooms, left-overs of various kinds (vegetables, soups, even other meats, etc.) Also, sometimes I simply add half a package of dry onion soup mix after the hamburger fries; doesn't need any other seasoning. One time I found a cup of cooked rice to add. Another time I found a half can of cream of mushroom soup, another time a cup of left-over cream of potato soup.

- Add Olive oil and meat to an 8 Qt Pot. Cook that at a medium heat. Once the meat starts to cook then add the spices.
- When the meat Starts to look mostly cooked, then add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then add Leeks, Onions, Celery, copped Garlic, copped Mushrooms, Butter Cook that until onions get translucent.
- ;Then add flour and stir ingrediance until it all gets paisty and thick.
- Add water and base or chicken stock then milk and cream. stir it all together so soup is incorporated. Making sure to scrape the bottom of the pot so nothing sticks.
- Then add sliced mushrooms as early as possible.
- Cook soup off about 30 to 45 mins or until sliced mushrooms become soft and shrink down in size. Be sure to gently keep stiring and scraping the bottom of the pot Until done.

- Heat the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onion until soft.
- Wash the mushrooms and slice off the stalks.
- Put the stalks and a few caps together with the chicken stock and flour into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add to onion.

- Add oregano, bay leaf, wine, garlic salt and paprika and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
