2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded

Steps:

  • Whisk together all ingredients and store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
  • Mix well before using.
  • Can be used on steamed veggies.
