2 cans Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll and spread 1 of the cans of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish (or 8 x 8 if you want to cut the recipe in half). Combine softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread over crescent roll layer. Unroll and layer remaining crescent rolls over cream cheese layer. Melt your butter and spread over top of crescent rolls. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350°F oven until bubbly and slightly browned. Drizzle with a little honey if you like. Let cool a bit, slice and eat.

  • Put one roll of crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Try to keep them seamed together.

1 cup strawberry
1 tube crescent rolls
½ cup powdered sugar
powdered sugar, to top

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚C).
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until well-incorporated.
  • Gently fold half of the strawberries into the mixture.
  • Open the crescent rolls and separate into individual triangles.
  • Drop one tablespoon of the mixture onto the wide end of the triangle and roll, starting at the wide edge.
  • Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown (times and temperatures may vary based on oven).
  • To make a strawberry glaze, mash the rest of the strawberries and powdered sugar. Continue mashing until all of the sugar has dissolved.

1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup margarine, melted
¼ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Press one can of the crescent rolls into the bottom of the prepared pan. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread over the crescent layer. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay them on top of the cream cheese layer. Do not press down. Pour the melted margarine over the entire pan. 1 tube (16.3 ounces) large refrigerated flaky biscuits, such as Pillsbury Grands!
1 cup whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup frozen wild unsweetened blueberries
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, separate biscuits and flatten each to a 5-in. circle. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; gently fold in blueberries. Place 2 tablespoons mixture in center of each circle. Bring edges of dough together above filling; twist and pinch to seal., Place on parchment-lined baking sheets, seam side down.   • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Butter the bottom of an 8 X 12-inch dish, and set it aside. Open one package of the Crescent rolls, and unroll the dough, and place it in the bottom of the dish. Pinch together the perforations, and smooth the dough out as evenly as possible in the bottom of the dish.
  • In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, place the softened cream cheese, and the Heavy Cream, and mix on low until the mixture is smooth. Add the sugar, Vanilla, Egg, and Powdered Sugar, and mix again on medium, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl, and blending until the cheesecake batter is smooth and creamy. Pour the cheesecake batter into the dish, on top of the crescent roll dough. Open and unroll the second package of Crescent rolls, and place the dough on top of the cheesecake batter, carefully placing it from one end of the dish to the other, forming the top crust. Melt the butter in the microwave, and gently pour the butter on the Crescent roll dough, and smooth out with a pastry brush. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the butter, as evenly as possible.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, and the cheesecake is done. Test with a toothpick, to make sure the cheesecake is baked in the center, and not runny. (You may get some soft cheesecake on the toothpick, but it will be soft, and baked, not runny. If it's runny, then continue to bake until there's no runny batter). If the top crust is getting too brown, place a piece of foil, loosely over the dish, to finish baking the batter, and prevent the top from becoming too brown.
  • Remove from the oven, and allow to cool in the dish for about 2 hours, then place in the refrigerator to completely chill, and the cheesecake to set up, and become firm. Overnight is best, or at least 4 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Cut in 3-inch squares, serve, and Enjoy!
