A creamy, Cheddar cheesy soup sauce cooked with chicken and a little seasoning in a slow cooker. This is an easy way to enjoy a great chicken dinner, even when you run out of time!! The trick is do not lift lid while cooking! Make with rice, pasta, or potatoes.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (11 ounce) cans condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
½ cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts inside. In a medium bowl mix together soup and milk, and pour mixture over chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder.
  • Cook on High for about 6 hours. Note: Do not lift lid while cooking!

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lbs. boneless chicken)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into cubes
1 cup of chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups finely shredded fresh Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
fresh parsley, minced
16 oz. cooked Fettuccine noodles (follow the directions on the box)

Steps:

  • Trim the chicken breast of all fat. Place in a single layer in the crock pot.
  • Add the salt, ground pepper and Italian seasoning to the crock pot.
  • Cube the cream cheese and butter then add to the crock pot. Add the heavy whipping cream at this time also.
  • Measure the chicken broth and add to the crock pot.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 2 and a half hours or low 3 to 4 hours. Or until the thickest piece of chicken meat has reached an internal temperature of 165 F degrees.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through use two forks to shred the meat in the crock pot.
  • Cook the pasta if you have not already done so. Drain well.
  • Add the cooked pasta, shredded Parmesan cheese and the minced parsley to the crock pot and mix well to combine.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of more Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley over each serving.

3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 Onion (Diced)
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1 pkg Spaghetti (16 oz.)
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Add the chicken, diced tomatoes with green chiles, diced onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika to the crock pot.
  • Cover crock pot with lid, and cook on low for 6-8 hours
  • In the last hour of the cooking time, shred the chicken breast and keep it in the crock pot. Then add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese to the crock pot. Cover and all for these items to melt.
  • Cook Spaghetti noodles according to the package direction.
  • Stir spaghetti noodles into the crock pot mixture.
  • Serve immediately and Enjoy!

This is a very easy and flavorful pasta dish. I love cooking in the crockpot, and coming home to the smell of dinner when I've been gone all day!

3-4 frozen chicken breasts, sliced
1 lb pasta of choice
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 can(s) (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 envelope (0.7 oz) dry italian dressing mix (i used good seasons brand)

Steps:

  • 1. Place sliced, frozen chicken in the bottom of a crockpot. Cut butter and cream cheese into pieces, and add them, along with the cream of chicken soup and Italian seasoning mix, to the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 6 hours, stirring periodically to mix sauce together.
  • 2. When ready to serve, boil pasta until it's cooked to your liking. Drain (don't rinse) and toss the pasta and chicken/sauce mixture together.
  • 3. Note** you can also use full chicken breasts. Just shred the chicken after cooking time, add it back into sauce, then mix with the cooked pasta.

1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 lb fresh mushrooms
4 clove garlic minced
1 medium red bell pepper sliced
1 medium onion diced
1/4 c white wine
1 c chicken broth
3 boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
1 can(s) golden mushroom soup
1 pkg dry italian seasoning
8 oz chive and onion cream cheese
4 oz havarti cheese shredded
8 oz favorite pasta
parmesan cheese and fresh parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Place the olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Add the mushrooms, garlic, red bell pepper, and onion. Saute until softened and the mushrooms have given up their moisture. Add the white wine and let most evaporate. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Spray a crock pot with cooking spray. Add the chicken, chicken broth, golden mushroom soup, dry Italian seasoning mix, cream cheese, and shredded Havarti cheese. Stir in the mushroom mixture.
  • 3. cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Cook pasta right before serving. Serve chicken mixture over pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used one really big one!)
1 shallot (chopped (about 2 tablespoons))
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups chicken broth
16 oz spaghetti noodles (uncooked)
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese (I used a cheddar, colby, and monterey jack blend)

Steps:

  • Add the chicken breast, shallot, garlic, salt, pepper and broth to the crock
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8
  • Shred chicken breast and return to crock
  • Break uncooked noodles in half and add to crock along with cream cheese and shredded cheese
  • Give it a stir and replace cover and let it cook for another 30-60 minutes until noodles are done (add another 1/2 cup water or broth if necessary)
  • Stir everything to combine and serve immediately
