CROCK POT MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH CUBE STEAK & GRAVY

Steps:

• Place the meat in the bottom of your crockpot.
• On stovetop, bring water and gravy packet mix to a boil; whisk until smooth and pour over meat in crockpot.
• If you are adding onions and/or mushrooms, add them also.
• Cook, on LOW, for 8 hours.
• *You can also use round steak and add peeled, white potato quarters.

CUBE STEAK AND GRAVY (CROCK POT)

Steps:

• Salt and pepper the steak to your liking, then dredge in the flour.
• Fry steak until brown and place in crock pot.
• Add water, soup, and gravy mix.
• Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
• Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.

CROCK POT CUBED STEAK (+VIDEO)

Steps:

• In the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker, combine cream of chicken soup, French Onion soup, packet of au jus and water. Stir well.
• Put cubed steak in slow cooker with gravy mixture.
• Cover slow cooker and cook steak on low for 6-8 hours.
• After cooking, it's time to thicken gravy. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Stir mixture into crock pot.
• Turn the setting to high and cook for 30 minutes (until gravy is thickened.)

CROCKPOT CUBE STEAK

Steps:

• Combine the cans of cream of mushroom condensed soup with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and ground black pepper (plus water if desired) in your crock pot. Mix until well combined.
• Layer the cube steaks over the 'gravy' mixture adding one at a time. Top each cube steak with some of the sliced onions as you add them, staggered in shingle-fashion, over the cream of mushroom base. Top with optional sliced mushrooms (white mushrooms or cremini) if desired.
• Set your crock pot to high and cook for 6 hours. Serve over rice, potatoes, or pasta.
