Sea salt

2 Cups Sauce, (Of choice)

Steps:

  • Season your chicken thighs well with salt and pepper and place into the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Pour the sauce over. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender, about 7 to 8 hours.
  • Stir until the chicken is broken up and nice and saucy.
  • DEVOUR as needed!

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 cans (14 oz.) chili beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies
1 cup water (or beef broth)
1 1/2 cups diced onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons organic cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seed
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a 12-inch skillet over high heat, cook the lean ground beef and season with salt and pepper. When the beef is cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
  • To the bowl of a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker, add the cooked lean ground beef, chili beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced green chilis, water, onion, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, unsweetened cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, and ground coriander. Stir until well incorporated.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours). Season with more salt and ground black pepper to taste.

1 cup water
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)

Steps:

  • Grease crockpot with cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients into crockpot and stir to combined.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Taste and re-season, if necessary.

1 small onion, chopped
2 (15 oz) cans of red beans, drained
2 (24 oz) can of finely diced tomatoes
2 Tablespoons garlic powder

  • In a crockpot add onion, red beans, ground beef, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and sweet & smokey rub. Stir all together.
  • Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.

2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 onion ((finely diced))
4 cloves garlic ((minced))
1 pound ground beef ((or any ground meat))
1/4 cup tomato paste
14.5 ounces canned tomatoes ((pureed or crushed; about 1 can))
2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons oregano
1 tablespoon chili powder ((or to taste))
2 1/2 cups gluten-free elbow pasta ((uncooked))
1/2 cup dairy-free cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat a 10-12" skillet with a tight fitting lid over medium heat.
  • Add the oil.
  • Add the onions and saute until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Crumble the ground meat and add in the garlic, stirring to break the meat up.
  • When browned, add in tomato paste, canned tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
  • Mix in the noodles. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and cover. Cook until the noodles are al dente, about 7-10 minutes. The noodles will continue to soak up liquid as it sits, so don't worry if it seems thin at first.
  • Stir in cheddar shreds until melted. Serve with preferred garnishes.

1-2 medium carrot (cubed)
1 cup peas (fresh/frozen)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
pinch kosher salt (to taste)
pinch pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Over medium heat, brown ground meats in a large pan.
  • Once browned, turn crock-pot on low heat and transfer meat into crock-pot.
  • Add cans of kidney and pinto beans and crushed tomatoes.
