- In a 12-inch skillet over high heat, cook the lean ground beef and season with salt and pepper. When the beef is cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.
- To the bowl of a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker, add the cooked lean ground beef, chili beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced green chilis, water, onion, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, unsweetened cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, and ground coriander. Stir until well incorporated.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours). Season with more salt and ground black pepper to taste.
CROCKPOT VEGETARIAN CHILI RECIPE

- Grease crockpot with cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients into crockpot and stir to combined.
- Cover.
- Cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

Steps:
- In a crockpot add onion, red beans, ground beef, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and sweet & smokey rub. Stir all together.
- Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
HEALTHY CHILI MAC (GLUTEN FREE)
Steps:
- Preheat a 10-12" skillet with a tight fitting lid over medium heat.
- Add the oil.
- Add the onions and saute until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- Crumble the ground meat and add in the garlic, stirring to break the meat up.
- When browned, add in tomato paste, canned tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, and chili powder. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the noodles. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and cover. Cook until the noodles are al dente, about 7-10 minutes. The noodles will continue to soak up liquid as it sits, so don't worry if it seems thin at first.
- Stir in cheddar shreds until melted. Serve with preferred garnishes.
