- Place beef chuck roast into a slow cooker and scatter onion quarters around the meat. Pour the beef broth over the meat and sprinkle the au jus mix, Italian salad dressing mix, salt, and black pepper over the roast.

Steps:
- Place your pork in your crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours, it should be very tender and 145 degrees with a meat thermometer
- Take your roast out of your crock pot and shred with two forks or an electric mixer, set aside
- Add your seasonings to your cooking liquid and mix well
- Put your shredded pork back in your crock pot and stir until all of your pork is evenly coated in the seasonings
- If you need more liquid, as a little bit of water at a time and stir until you reach your desired consistency and taste
- Serve on buns as is or with cheese and/or barbecue sauce

- Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
- Place your roast in your 4-quart crock pot fat side up
- Surround your roast with your potato wedges, onion halves and carrots
- Mix together one of your brown gravy mixes with 1 cup cold water
- Pour over your roast and veggies
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (total)
- An hour before serving, mix together your remaining brown gravy mix and 1 cup cold water
- Pour over roast and veggies
- Cover again for the last hour of cooking.

ITALIAN PORK LOIN (IN A CROCK POT)
I was in the mood for spaghetti for dinner, but had a pork loin that needed to be used so instead of doing my usual barbecue sauce and pork, I decided to try the spaghetti sauce instead. I was not disappointed. The pork was fork tender and the sauce served over spaghetti was delicious!

Steps:
- Place peppers and onions in the bottom of crock pot.
- Rub pork loin with salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, Thyme and Fennel seed.
- Place the pork loin on top of the peppers and onions in crock pot.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over the pork loin making sure to cover the roast.
- Pour the red wine vinegar in the spaghetti sauce jar and replace the cover; shake the jar so the vinegar mixes with any sauce left in the jar.
- Pour the vinegar around the pork loin.
- Add the two bay leaf.
- Cook at low setting for 8-10 hours.
- Remove pork loin and slice and put the slices back into the sauce in the crock pot.
- Serve with your favorite pasta.

- 1. Salt and pepper all sides of your roast.
- 2. Heat a large skillet up over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, add the roast and sear it until golden brown on all sides.
- 3. Place the roast in your crock pot.
- 4. Mix all the other ingredients together in a glass measuring cup and pour over the top of the roast.
- 5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- 6. When it's cooked through, shred the roast up with two forks, cover again and allow it so cook for 30 more minutes to incorporate the juices.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
