24 ounces Hillshire Farm Beef Lit'l Smokies Beef Smoked Sausage {two 12 oz. packages}
18 ounces Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce 1 bottle
6 ounces Dr. Pepper

Steps:

  • Place Smokies into Crockpot.
  • Mix Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce and 6 oz. Dr. Pepper in medium mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Pour BBQ Sauce - Dr. Pepper Mixture evenly over Smokies in Crockpot.
  • Cook for 2 hours on High or 4 hours on Low stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

This is an old recipe my mom used to make for us kids. It is so good it almost melts in your mouth! Serve on sub rolls.

1 (3 pound) boneless chuck roast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce

Steps:

  • Place roast into slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Pour barbeque sauce over meat. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Remove meat from slow cooker, shred, and return to slow cooker. Cook for 1 more hour. Serve hot.
