Steps:
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour Chicken broth over breasts.
- Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Combine both cans of soup and milk.
- Cover chicken breasts with soup mixture. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

My super easy crock pot chicken & gravy is the perfect dinner of creamy, tender shredded chicken in tasty chicken gravy! Juicy chicken is cooked down with luscious cream of chicken and flavorful chicken gravy to make a rich, comforting 3-ingredient meal the whole family can enjoy!

Steps:
- Remove chicken from packaging, rinse and pat dry then place into your crockpot.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, water, and the gravy packets. Give everything a good stir until well combined.
- Return cover and cook on the high setting for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, use an instant-read temperature probe and check that the chicken is at least 165°F (74°C), then remove the chicken pieces. Use 2 forks to shred the chicken into pieces, or chop the chicken if desired.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Spoon gravy on top. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Cook onion and celery in butter until tender; place in crock pot with stuffing mix, craisins, and chicken broth; mix well.
- Skin chicken and trim of fat (if desired); brown chicken in skillet then place on top of stuffing in the crock pot.
- Operate crock pot on low for 5-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.

- Drizzle chicken with olive oil then season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper. Transfer to a lightly greased 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker; set aside.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk the flour into the butter and cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and whisk in 3 cups chicken broth. Whisk cornstarch with remaining 1 cup chicken broth then whisk into the skillet followed by chicken bouillon and all seasonings. Bring to a simmer, whisking constantly, and continue to simmer until thickened to the consistency of thick gravy (it will thin in the crockpot). Pour over chicken in crockpot.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours, until chicken is tender enough to shred. Shred chicken and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste (I add 1/2 teaspoon salt). Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, cauliflower rice, zoodles, etc..
