Steps:
- Separate the croissants and lay them flat.
- Spread about 2 teaspoons of Nutella on the entire top of the croissant.
- Place ½ tablespoon of chocolate chips on the large end.
- Start rolling at the large end.
- Make egg wash by whisking together egg and water or milk until combined.
- Brush egg wash onto uncooked croissant.
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place croissants in a single layer into the basket. Allow for some spreading.
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 360 degrees or until golden brown.
- Give them a quick wash with warm honey, a little chocolate chip drizzle, and powdered sugar.

- Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Unroll crescent dough and divide into triangles along the perforated lines.
- Spread each triangle with cream cheese.
- Drop 3 or 4 cherries on the wider portion of each crescent dough triangle. Carefully roll up each crescent, making sure the cherries stay tucked in. Fold down the ends of each roll slightly so it forms a crescent shape.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer with non stick cooking spray spray. Carefully set the croissants into the basket.
- Set air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Air fry croissants until puffed up and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Check to make sure croissants are not sticking to each other and that they are not overly browned. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes longer, making sure they do not get too done.
- Transfer croissants to a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.

- Spray the air fryer basket or baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line basket with parchment paper. Place croissants in the prepared basket, leaving a small space between each pastry.
- Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5-7 minutes until crescent rolls are golden brown.
- Carefully remove filled chocolate crescent rolls from the Air Fryer. Sprinkle each puff pastry with powdered sugar, slices of almonds, drizzle with chocolate syrup or frosting glaze.
