3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries or blueberries

Steps:

  • Place 2 tablespoons of granola in each of two parfait glasses. Top each with about 2 tablespoons yogurt. , In a small bowl, combine berries; divide a third of the mixture between the two glasses. Repeat yogurt and berry layers. Top with the remaining yogurt, berries and granola.

1 cup coarsely crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest
1-1/3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1-1/3 cups fresh raspberries
1-1/3 cups fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the pretzels, sugar and butter; press into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside., In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping, confectioners' sugar, lime juice and zest. In another bowl, combine the berries. Break pretzel mixture into small pieces., Spoon 2 tablespoons lime mixture into each of eight parfait glasses. Layer each with 1 tablespoon pretzel pieces and 1/2 cup berries. Top each with remaining lime mixture and pretzel pieces. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup cold butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups Fiber One™ cereal
1/3 cup flaked coconut
6 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt red raspberry
1 1/2 cups blackberries, blueberries and raspberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and pecans. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until mixture is crumbly. Stir in cereal and coconut. Spread in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes, stirring once. Remove from oven; stir and cool 10 to 15 minutes.
  • In each of 6 parfait glasses, layer 1 to 2 tablespoons cereal mixture, 1/2 container of yogurt and 2 tablespoons berries; repeat layers. Top each with 1 tablespoon cereal mixture. If desired, garnish with additional berries. Store remaining cereal mixture in refrigerator.
