CRUNCHY ICE CREAM DELIGHT

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add almonds; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until toasted. Stir in Rice Chex, coconut, brown sugar and salt. Press onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake 5-6 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; place in freezer 30 minutes., Gently spread ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze overnight. Cut into bars.

CRUNCHY ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Top large scoops of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, a drizzle of honey, crushed corn flakes, chopped nut topping and a cherry on top. Serve.

ICE CREAM CARAMEL CRUNCH DELIGHT

Steps:

• Stir together the flour, oats, brown sugar, pecans, and margarine.
• Spread in at thin layer on a lightly greased cookie sheet (approximately 14 x 16) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
• Cool, then crumble.
• Press 1/2 of crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
• Add 1/2 of caramel topping, spreading evenly.
• Carefully spoon on the ice cream, spreading evenly.
• Layer on second half of caramel topping; then layer on the remainder of the crumb mixture.
• Freeze immediately.
• Cut into squares for serving.

ALMOND DELIGHT ICE CREAM

Steps:

• Beat sugar into the eggs in small amounts, assuring each addition dissolves completely before introducing the next.
• Whisk cream, milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract into the egg mixture; fold almonds into mixture.
• Pour into the container of an ice cream maker; freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

CRISPY RICE CARAMEL ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and sugar. Stir in rice cereal, 1 cup at a time; remove from heat.
• Press 1/2 of crispy mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Slice off sections of ice cream, and spread entire half gallon in an even layer over crispy mixture. Top with remaining crispy mixture. Drizzle caramel topping over dessert. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
