CRUNCHY SASSY CHINESE SLAW
This is a great healthy and easy broccoli slaw. A total hit at family gatherings! This salad holds up well in warm weather. Be your own chef... to change the recipe you could add craisins, sliced jicama, grilled chicken, ramen noodles, etc.

- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together, and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Stir well before serving.

CRUNCHY ASIAN COLE SLAW
This is a family favorite we learned from my MIL at a family gathering last year. EVERYONE loves it--and it is super-easy to make. If you're on a budget, leave out the sunflower seeds and almonds, and substitute canola oil for the olive oil, and it's still great!

Steps:
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Blend remaining ingredients, along with seasoning pack from noodles, well, till the sugar dissolves.
- Mix dressing with salad.
- Chill and serve.
CRUNCHY RAMEN COLESLAW
This is a great side dish or salad item. I like to use spicy ramen noodles, for a more zesty flavor! This recipe is even better the next day!

Steps:
- Put coleslaw mix in a large bowl; add crushed ramen noodles, almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions. Mix well.
- Pour vinegar into a jar and add seasoning packets from ramen noodles; cover jar and shake until seasoning is mixed into vinegar. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for flavors to blend, about 1 hour.
