FATHER'S DAY CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the sausage. Cook and stir until the sausage is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease. Stir in the hash brown potatoes, cooking and stirring until potatoes are browned, about 5 minutes more.
• Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with a layer of buttermilk biscuits, splitting the biscuits in half to completely cover the dish. Spread the sausage and hash brown mixture evenly over the biscuits, and sprinkle the Mexican cheese on top. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl, and pour over the cheese.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the eggs set, about 25 minutes.

DAD'S FAVORITE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
• In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown. Drain grease. Mix in garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in spinach, and cook until heated through. Stir in the uncooked egg noodles, and transfer to the prepared casserole dish. Mix in cream of mushroom soup and milk, and sprinkle with cheese.
• Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until bubbly.

DAD'S CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Grease 9x13 pan.
• Bring pot of water to boil. Add noodles. Cook until 1/2 tender.
• While noodles are cooking, brown hamburger with onion until brown.
• Remove hamburger from heat and add cottage cheese.
• Mix hamburger mixture and noodles together.
• Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
• Mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk and egg. Pour over the above mixture.
• Top with grated cheese.
• Bake 45 min at 350*.

DAD'S CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F.
• Spray 2-3 quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray.
• Cook noodles as directed on package.
• Brown beef with garlic until cooked through.
• Drain.
• Add salt, sugar and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
• Combine sour cream, cream cheese and onion.
• Layer 1/2 of the noodles then 1/2 of the meat mixture in casserole dish.
• Spread with sour cream mixture.
• Top with remaining noodles and the tomato sauce.
• Bake for 30 minutes.
• Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
• ENJOY!

DADDY'S CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Brown meat with onion.
• Prepare pasta by box directions; drain. Add to meat in large skillet. Add soup and milk.
• Over low heat add cheese and cook till melted.

DADS SAUSAGE ALMOND CASSEROLE

Steps:

• In large saucepan, bring water and soup mix to a boil. Add rice and cover. Reduce heat to very gently boil for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed, remove from heat.
• While rice is cooking, fry sausage until browned. Remove meat from pan, reserving some fat for sauteing peppers and onions and celery until tender-crisp.
• Add rice, sausage and 1/2 cup of the almonds to vegetables reserving remainder of almonds for garnish. Mix well. Turn into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining almonds over top.
• Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
