Boneless porkchops marinaded with dale's seasoning. i love this recipe its very quick and easy to make.

4 pork chops
1 cup Dales seasoning (more for taste)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained (optional)

Steps:

  • I generally marinade porkchops before i go to work, but you don't have to. you do want to at least marinade for an hour so the porkchops soak up the seasoning. add a can of mixed vegetables (drained), this is optional.
  • turn the oven on to broil, hi.
  • place the porkchops on a broiling pan drain the leftover marinade over the porkchops. place in oven for 5 minutes, turn over and then another 5 minutes.
  • you're done.
  • this is good with any sides of your choice.

I was trying to come up with a new way to make pork chops and this recipe is the result. The Doritos make an excellent crust and since they have so much flavor anyway, you really don't have to add a lot of seasoning. These pork chops are moist, delicious, and easy to make.

½ (5.5 ounce) package ranch-flavored tortilla chips (such as Doritos® Cool Ranch®), crushed
½ (5.5 ounce) package nacho cheese-flavored corn chips (such as Doritos®), crushed
1 large egg
¼ cup milk
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter, melted
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste
2 teaspoons onion powder, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Spread the crushed chips out in the bottom of a shallow dish.
  • Beat egg and milk together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish and tilt in all directions to spread evenly.
  • Dip pork chops in egg wash and set onto the crushed chips; cover both sides with chips, pressing them into the meat. Place breaded pork chops into the casserole dish.
  • Season tops of pork chops generously with garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip pork chops over, season the other side with garlic powder and onion powder and cook until no longer pink in the center, an additional 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

This is a delicious pork chop recipe that cuts out all the grease from frying them in a pan. Best of all, you can use any type of chop (even ones with bone still in)! My husband loves this recipe so much, I'm not allowed to make pork chops any other way! Pair it with some cheesy mashed potatoes and a vegetable for a great meal.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
4 butterflied pork chops, trimmed
1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
1 pinch seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®), or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Pour butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish, tilting to cover entire bottom of dish.
  • Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl; dip pork chops into egg mixture. Transfer pork chops to the baking dish. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
  • Bake pork chops in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip chops and season the other side with garlic powder and seasoned salt. Cook until pork is no longer pink in the center, about 10 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

When I ask, "Honey, what do you want me to cook" he always says that pork chop recipe you make. I can not remember where I got this recipe from...but it is a winner in my house~

1 cup(s) all purpose flour
4 teaspoon(s) paprika
3 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
2 cup(s) milk
4-6 - boneless pork chops
1/2 cup(s) butter
1 - small onion-finely chopped
1 - lemon-juiced
1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour

Steps:

  • Mix the 1 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops; Brown on both sides. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Add onion to skillet,; saute until tender.
  • Stir in the 1/2 cup flour. Blend in milk with a whisk. Whisk until sauce is thickened up a little bit.(about 2-3 minutes) Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in 350' preheated oven for 1 hour.
