GREEK PIZZA WITH CHICKEN, FETA AND OLIVES



Greek Pizza With Chicken, Feta and Olives image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb frozen pizza or 1 lb bread dough, thawed according to package directions
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons garlic flakes
2 cooked chicken breast halves, diced (about 2 cups)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced pitted kalamata olive
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Roll dough out into a large rectangle and transfer to a large baking sheet. Top dough with mozzarella cheese, to within 1/2-inch of the edges and then sprinkle garlic flakes all over cheese. Top with chicken, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle feta cheese over top and then sprinkle oregano over everything. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese melts.

Garlic Chicken Deep Dish Pizza image

This has been a long time favorite at my house. Homemade deep dish pizza dough recipe also posted in my recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 11

SAUCE
16 oz alfredo sauce
3 clove garlic, minced
TOPPINGS
3 c cubed chicken
2 clove garlic, minced
4 roma tomatoes, diced (optional)
1 c green onion, chopped
3 c mozzarella cheese
2/3 c parmesan cheese
optional toppings: black olives, mini turkey pepperoni, mushrooms

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Cook chicken with small amount of oil in pan on medium/high heat. Set aside.
  • 2. Prepare deep dish dough (also posted in my recipes) in 2 greased 9x13 pans.
  • 3. Mix alfredo sauce with minced garlic and spread over dough.
  • 4. Add chicken and sprinkle with remaining toppings. Allow pizza to rest for 20 minutes.
  • 5. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
