DESSERT WONTONS
This simple recipe allows you to offer your dinner guests, friend and even family that WOW factor when you do the dessert. These can be frozen ahead of time and popped in the oven when the time is right.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a tiny bowl, add some water. This is for sealing the edges of your wontons.
- In a small bowl, add the banana, nutella and the jam and combine until smooth.
- Take 1 heaping teaspoon of the banana mixture and place it in the middle of the wonton wrapper. Top with a few nut pieces.
- Dip your finger into the water and place along the edges of the wrapper (this will be the glue to seal the wrappers together).
- Fold the wrapper over into a triangle and place on baking sheet. Do the same with the rest of the wrappers.
- Spray each wonton with the nonstick spray and sprinkle with sugar. At this point, feel free to freeze them for later serving. Once frozen, transfer to zip-lock bag to lock out freezer burn.
- Bake in oven until lightly brown (11-15 minutes).
- Garnished with whipped cream and a little drizzle of Hershey's syrup. Serve immediately.

CHERRY DESSERT WONTONS
I found this recipe at several different Asian websites and it seems like it might resemble a turnover. NOTE: Cherry dessert wontons can be assembled and frozen. To use, let thaw for 10 minutes and then fry.

Steps:
- To assemble wontons, place approximately 1-1/2 Tsp Cherry Pie Filling (2 cherries plus sauce) in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of each wrapper, bring one corner up over the filling to the opposite corner at an angle so that two overlapping triangles are formed.
- Pull the two bottom corners of the folded triangle forward so that they meet one another and slighly overlap.
- Moisten one end and pinch the two ends firmly together; repeat.
- Pour the oil into a deep fryer and heat to 375 degrees F.
- Deep fry the wontons, 8 to 10 at a time for about two minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Fried wontons can be kept warm for about one hour in a 250 degree F. oven or reheated for 5 minutes in a 450 degree F. oven.
- Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar can be sprinkled on the fried wontons, if desired.

APPLE-CINNAMON WONTONS
Here's a great autumn dessert that's waist friendly. Apples, cinnamon, brown sugar and a nice crunch. Great alternative when craving apple pie.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a large baking sheet with butter flavored cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine apples, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon; toss to coat apples.
- Place wonton wrappers on a flat surface. Drop apple mixture by teaspoonfuls onto center of each wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper with wet fingers, fold over one corner to make a triangle and press sides together to seal. Transfer filled wrappers to prepared baking sheet and coat surface with cooking spray.
- Bake until wontons are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Place wontons on individual plates and sift with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream on the side.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Lay wonton wrappers on prepared baking sheet. Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Lightly brush edges of wonton wrappers with water and fold each wrapper in half to form a triangle. Press edges to seal. Fold the tips of each triangle up together so that they meet in above the center of the wonton and press tips together to seal. Spray assembled wontons with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven until wontons are crispy and golden and the cream cheese is melted, 5 to 7 minutes.

- In a large skillet, cook the pork, turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the water chestnuts, soy sauce, egg substitute and ginger., Position a wonton wrapper with one point toward you. (Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Place 2 heaping teaspoons of filling in the center of wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides toward center over filling. Roll toward the remaining point. Moisten top corner with water; press to seal. - In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the coconut, banana, walnuts and pineapple. Fold in marshmallow creme., Position a wonton wrapper with 1 point toward you. Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use. Place 2 teaspoons of filling in the center of wrapper. Moisten edges with water; fold opposite corners together over filling and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling., In a cast-iron or electric skillet, heat oil to 375°. Fry wontons, a few at a time, until golden brown, 15-20 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels., Place strawberries in a food processor; cover and process until pureed. - Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix cream cheese, 8 tablespoons sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a bowl until well blended. Spoon 1 teaspoonful of the filling into each wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton like a triangle and seal 2 edges together with water; squeeze the sides together to lock out the air. Wet the ends of the triangle; fold into the center 1 at a time.
- Place the filled wontons carefully into the oil; cook until golden brown on 1 side, about 2 minutes. Turn wontons over and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 minutes.
- Mix 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of fried wontons.
