Dog Days Scramble Recipe Mod

ONLINE ROUND 2 RECIPE - CHEESY HOT DOG SCRAMBLE

Steps:

• In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the butter. When it is melted, add the onions and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add the hot dogs and cook to heat them through.
• Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Lower the heat in the skillet, pour in the eggs, and sprinkle the cheese on top. Cook, stirring often, until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve hot.

LITTLE RED DOG HOUSE SCRAMBLE DOG

Steps:

• Warm the hot dog bun.
• Place bun open faced on a plate.
• Put your "hot" hot dog in the middle of the bun.
• Put the coleslaw on top, then the chili. Sprinkle the onions and cheese on top of that.
• Place your peppers evenly.
• Sprinkle crackers on top of all this.

DEES HOT DOG AND SCRAMBLED EGGS

Steps:

• Melt butter.
• Fry shallot and hot dog coins until lightly browned.
• Add pepper.
• Pour in eggs that have been scrambled.
• If you want cheese in it, add it here.
• Stir until cooked.

DOG DAYS SCRAMBLE

Steps:

• Heat bacon in microwave.
• Make the Hollandaise according to package directions.
• This can be done in the microwave to keep the kitchen as cool as possible.
• Saute the onions and mushies just until wilted.
• Scramble eggs and add onions and mushrooms.
• This can be done in the microwave, but it doesn't take long and I prefer the stove top.
• Assemble the product: put two slices bacon on each of the muffins, place one slice of cheese over the bacon, heap the egg mixture on top of the cheese, generously ladle Hollandaise over everything, garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
• Option: You may wish to doll it up by adding a dash of vanilla, or some pie spices, or even a glug of sherry to the Hollandaise.
