- Cut the chicken into thin 1/2 inch strips. Using a food processor, crush the Doritos so that they are a texture coarse like bread crumbs. Set aside in a large bowl. (If you don't have a food processor, make a small hole in the Doritos bag and get the air out of it. Then use a rolling pin and crush the chips in the bag). Mix the flour and salt in one bowl and eggs in another. Whisk the eggs so that they are well scrambled. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set up the four bowls in order: a bowl with the chicken, a bowl with the flour and salt, a bowl with the beaten eggs, a bowl with the crushed Doritos, and then the pan. Lift out a few chicken strips and place them in the flour so they are all coated. Lift the chicken strips out of the flour and shake off any excess. Place them in the eggs and turn them so they are evenly coated. Lift them out of the egg and then place them in the crushed Doritos - again so they are even coated. Place the coated chicken strips on the baking sheet. Do this with the remaining chicken strips. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Pour some fake eggs onto a shallow plate. Crush the Doritos into a bowl.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Pat the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Soak the tenders on each side in the egg mixture. Then evenly coat the tenders with the crushed Doritos, making sure to try and coat the entire tender.
- 3. Bake the tenders for 20 minutes, or until the tenders are cooked through.

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line 2 baking sheets with foil or brush very lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking. If you have a wire rack that sits in a baking sheet, that will work very well.
- p id="instruction-step-3">3. Slice chicken into pieces about 3-4 inches long by 2-3 inches wide. Place in bowl and set aside. Depending on the size of the chicken breast, you will get 5-7 pieces in each one.
- id="instruction-step-4">4. Open top of Doritos bag, then hold the top closed and squeeze to crunch up the Doritos. The pieces will resemble crunched up corn flakes.
- id="instruction-step-5">5. In separate bowls, place milk, flour, and beaten eggs. Line up bowls in the following order: milk, flour, eggs, Doritos, cookie tray, wet cloth. (Before assembling, have a wet cloth handy as this can get a little messy!)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place an oven-proof rack on top of a baking sheet.
- Beat egg, water, and cayenne pepper together in a shallow bowl. Mix nacho cheese-flavored chips, bread crumbs, and black pepper together in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into egg mixture until coated; transfer to chip mixture and press to fully cover on both sides. Place coated chicken on the wire rack.

- Preheat your oven to 375°.
- Trim the fat off your chicken breasts and slice them lengthwise into strips. I like each strip to be about half an inch thick.
- Beat your eggs in a bowl and add your milk to it.
- Crush up your Doritos and put them in a separate bowl. I just threw them in my Ninja Blender for about 15 seconds, but you can crush them however you prefer.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, followed by a quick bath in the egg and milk mixture and then roll them in the crushed up Doritos.
- Place all your chicken strips on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
