- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Make, bake and cool cake as directed on box for two 8- or 9-inch rounds--except add 1 tablespoon espresso and the cinnamon with the eggs, and stir in the chocolate just before pouring into pans.
- To make glaze, spoon frosting into small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 15 to 30 seconds or until slightly melted. Stir in 2 teaspoons coffee until blended.
- Place 1 cake layer, rounded side down, on serving plate. Carefully spread almost half the glaze to edge of layer, allowing some to drip down side. Top with second layer, rounded side up. Carefully spread remaining glaze to edge of top layer, allowing some to drip down side. Store loosely covered.

- Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt together into a large bowl.
- Add the butter or margarine, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients in the bowl. Beat for 300 strokes, or for approximately 2 minutes at low speed with an electric mixer.
- Add the eggs, melted chocolate, and red food coloring to the batter. Beat an additional 300 strokes or 2 minutes at low speed.
- Pour into two greased and floured 8 inch layer pans. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.

- Place a greased 9-in. springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Securely wrap foil around pan., In a large bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, butter, sugar and espresso powder. Press onto the bottom and 1 in. up the sides of prepared pan., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, melted chocolate, cocoa, half-and-half and flour until smooth. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in the espresso powder and vanilla. Pour into crust. Place springform pan in a large baking pan; add 1 in. of hot water to larger pan., Bake at 350° until center is just set and top appears dull, 60-70 minutes. Remove springform pan from water bath. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove sides of pan., In a small saucepan, combine liqueur and half-and-half. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until stiff peaks form., Drizzle cheesecake with coffee syrup; garnish with whipped cream, chocolate and coffee beans.

- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease two 10-inch round cake pans. Line with rounds of parchment paper, and grease the paper.
- Combine hot coffee and chocolate chips in a medium bowl; let stand, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Sift sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together into a large bowl.
- Beat eggs in another large bowl with an electric mixer until thickened slightly and lemon colored. Slowly mix in buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Add melted chocolate-coffee mixture; beat until well combined. Add dry ingredients and beat on medium speed until well combined; don't overmix. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted in the centers comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Remove from the oven and place pans on a wire rack until completely cool, about 30 minutes. Run a thin knife around the edges of the pans and invert layers on to the racks. Remove parchment paper.
- Frost as desired, or wrap each layer securely in plastic wrap and keep at room temperature for up to 24 hours.

Steps:
- Set oven to 400 degrees.
- Set oven rack to second-lowest position.
- Grease a square 8x8x2-in baking pan.
- Mix coconut, nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp melted butter; set aside.
- Beat remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and coffee, in a large bowl for 30 seconds, scraping bowl.
- Beat on med speed 4 mins, scaping bowl.
- Pour into pan.
- Stir together, melted chocolate and coffee; spoon over batter.
- Lightly swirl chocolate mixture through batter several times with a knife for a marbled design.
- Sprinkle coconut mixture evenly over top.
- Bake for 20-25 mins, or until golden brown, and cake tests done.

- In a double boiler or metal bowl over hot water, melt milk chocolate in espresso; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat., In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until crumbly, about 2 minutes.
